Dr. Rachel Braunstein Joins Advanced Medical Imaging
The physicians of Advanced Medical Imaging (AMI) (amimaging.com) are pleased to welcome Rachel H. Braunstein, M.D., in the practice of Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Braunstein completed her Nuclear Medicine Fellowship and Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, in Miami, FL. During that time, she served as chief resident. Her intern year was also spent at Jackson Memorial Hospital where she worked in Internal Medicine. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and her undergraduate years were spent at the Emory University, in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Braunstein professional affiliations include the American College of Radiology (ACR) and American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS). From 2015 to 2018, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She started at AMI during May of 2019.
Dr. Braunstein enjoys snowboarding, running, and cycling. Her other business ventures include owning a sandwich shop franchise. She also finds time to volunteer at elementary schools and synagogues.
