Friendship Home (friendshiphome.org) is happy to share an exciting update as it continues to grow and evolve. As part of this growth, they’re promoting two leadership titles to better reflect the roles that support their work and the future.
Going forward, the Executive Director, Leah Droge, will hold the title of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and the Finance Director, Tina Horan, will be known as Chief Operating Officer (COO). These titles more clearly reflect the leadership, collaboration, and responsibility already guiding Friendship Home, while helping external partners and the community better understand how they are structured. While the titles are new, the people and the work remain the same. The leadership team continues to lead with the same dedication, care, and commitment to their mission, the staff, and the communities they serve. There are no changes to the daily operations, just a clearer way to describe the leadership roles supporting their shared goals.
These promotions represent a natural step forward as they strengthen their organization and deepen their connections with partners and supporters. Using familiar leadership titles helps them communicate more clearly and supports continued collaboration and growth.
They’re grateful to their staff, board, partners, and community for your continued trust and support. They look forward to this next chapter and to continuing their work together. For more information, please visit friendshiphome.org.
