Greta’s Gourmet Butcher Shop, Deli & Catering is pleased to welcome Michele Barron as their new Catering Manager. Barron has been a member of the service industry for the last 11 years as a hostess, server, and bartender. Through that time, she has acquired experience and knowledge in a large variety of cuisines as well as beverages and she considers herself lucky to have worked with some exceptionally talented chefs, service members, brewers and Sommeliers who have shared many valuable skills.
Barron is very excited to have the opportunity to grow as a professional in the service industry as Catering Manager for Greta’s Gourmet owner, Kevin Mandigo. At the age of 15, Barron worked her very first job as a hostess at Famous Dave’s with Kevin as her manager, and a decade later she is thrilled to be working with Kevin again. Barron will coordinate all aspects of catering with each customer from their initial order through the day of their special events, making sure all details are arranged to exceed their expectations.
