During his tenure at Hilgers Graben he has been instrumental in building the firm’s corporate and Asian language eDiscovery practices. During his career, Mr. Kuzma has handled complex antitrust and investigation matters advising companies and organizations in the U.S. and Japan. In his new role, he will lead the firm’s corporate group with an emphasis on entity formation and governance, asset and equity transactions and commercial real estate.
