HoriSun Hospice (horisunhospice.com) is pleased to announce the addition of Kailen Hahn, RN, BSN, as an RN Case Manager to its team.
Kailen was born and raised in Paxton, Nebraska and moved to Lincoln to attend college. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union College. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, Kailen worked as a medication aide in a memory care community, where she developed a passion for the care that hospice nurses provide. Kailen’s nursing career began as an RN at Bryan Medical Center on the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit before transitioning to home health, where she worked for eight years. Hospice has always held a special place in Kailen’s heart, and she feels honored to provide compassionate care, comfort and support to patients and families during their final days together.
