Hospice Community Care (HCC) is pleased to welcome Jaime Kreutz as their new Executive Director.  Jaime Kreutz graduated from Central Community College of Grand Island in May 2002. Prior to nursing school, Jaime worked in Long Term Care since the age of 15 providing care to the geriatric population.  She began her career as a RN at the University of Iowa Hospital working on the step down cardiac unit which specialized in artificial hearts, heart transplants, and congestive heart failure patients. Since then, Jaime has devoted 8 ½ years to the hospice profession.

As Executive Director, Jaime is responsible for quality patient/family care, maximizing resources and coordinating employees in a unified organization; policy/procedure and regulatory compliance; promoting communication among staff, management and related organizations. She is also accountable for managing the company consistent with the mission, vision and philosophy of care and assuring that all local, state, and federal regulatory standards are met.
