Hospice Community Care (HCC) is pleased to welcome Lisa Pham as their new Executive Director.
Lisa began her nursing career in 1997 and obtained her Oncology Nursing Certification in 2007. Lisa comes to Hospice Community Care with a strong foundation in nursing, having worked at Bryan Health, Southeast Nebraska Cancer Center and for the last two years as a hospice nurse with Hospice Community Care until recently accepting the position as their Executive Director.
As Executive Director, Lisa is responsible for ensuring that the company stays consistent with the mission, vision and philosophy of care and assuring that all local, state, and federal regulatory standards are met; maximizing resources and coordinating employees in a unified organization; policy/procedure and regulatory compliance; promoting communication among staff, management and related organizations. But most importantly, Lisa is dedicated to ensuring quality patient/family care! Hospice education is very important to Lisa, and she emphasizes that “education, compromise and creativity are key in allowing the client to control their journey.”
