Debra Wiens has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Immanuel. Wiens has over 20 years in the human resources field including strategic management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations and occupational health and safety. She has served at Immanuel for nearly 14 years at Director of Human Recourses. Wiens is a member of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM) and Society for Human Resource Management.
