Jannah Vanie Joins LHRMA’s Board as New Programs Chair
The Lincoln Human Resources Management Association (LHRMA, lincolnhr.org) is pleased to announce that Jannah Vanie, MBA, SHRM-CP has joined LHRMA’s Board of Directors as the new Programs Chair. Jannah works for Union Bank & Trust as a talent acquisition specialist. She is passionate about helping people. While she was in her MBA program, she was most interested in the courses about human resources and how a positive employee experience leads to positive business results. Janna wants to help people have a great experience in the organizations they are in and find fulfillment through work.
The purpose of the Lincoln Human Resource Management Association is to provide for the interchange of ideas, experiences, and methods concerning the relationships between management and employees, and to promote professional ethics and acquaintanceship among those involved in professional human resource management. Ultimately, the vision is to be the go-to resource on people management for the community. Membership dues are $75 per individual for the year.
