Eventide | Tabitha (tabitha.org) has named Jeff McGinn as Vice President of System Philanthropy. This new appointment signifies a broader role that encompasses fundraising efforts for the nonprofit organization market-wide, which includes Western Minnesota, North Dakota and Nebraska.

McGinn most recently served as the Vice President of the Tabitha Foundation and prior, as the Executive Director of Advancement, Annual Giving and Membership at the University of Missouri.

McGinn’s career has spanned senior-level fundraising, outreach and advocacy positions. He has served as a board member with Phoenix Academy and College Possible in Omaha and was named as “40 Under 40” in 2019’s Midlands Business Journal.

As he leads fundraising efforts, McGinn will cultivate and nurture relationships with community donors and direct fundraising efforts to assist seniors through Eventide | Tabitha.

“Through Eventide | Tabitha we have wonderful opportunities to shape both the future of senior care in the heartland, as well as the workforce who care for and about older adults. It’s a great honor to put my philanthropic experience to work with such a well-respected community resource,” stated McGinn. “Together, we will continue Eventide | Tabitha’s strong legacy and ensure those who came before us receive the exceptional quality care they need and deserve.”

Committed to excellence in healthcare innovation and impact, McGinn is a member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and holds the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential.

“We are excited to elevate Jeff’s role throughout the organization. We see great opportunities to further support older adults and their families with the help of the generous and engaged communities we have been invited to serve,” shared Jon Riewer, Eventide | Tabitha President & CEO. “He brings a vast knowledge and passion that will lead to new charitable avenues and strengthen much-needed options for seniors.”
