Carpenter joined Willet Construction when the company was still in its early years, coming on board as a carpenter just six years after the business was founded. Over more than two decades, he has grown alongside the company and become an essential part of its continued success. His expertise, reliability and leadership have shaped both the quality of Willet’s work and the development of its team. In his current role, Carpenter oversees all projects, creates job calendars and supports customers throughout their remodeling experience. He also collaborates closely with designers and the sales team to clarify details and develop solutions when challenges arise. Known for his thoughtful, steady approach, he regularly mentors newer carpenters, offers guidance on best building practices and visits job sites to ensure every project meets Willet Construction’s standards.
