John Henry’s (jhlincoln.com) is pleased to announce that they have hired a safety coordinator. This is a brand new position to the company, and was added at the end of November. They are excited to be able to provide the best and safest experience for their employees, which in turn will provide the best service for their customers.

The safety coordinator will identify and evaluate safety and environmental exposures and potential safety risks. This position will oversee field safety in HVAC and Plumbing projects as well as develop and deliver safety knowledge to staff through training, consultations, webinars, long distance learning, etc. The safety coordinator is to support and collaborate with the HR Manger in creating a zero-accident safety culture. This position will produce, analyze, and communicate statistical analyses, conduct trainings, maintain records, and assist with the return-to-work injury prevention program. This position will also include duties such as oversight of DOT and OSHA compliance, Worker’s Compensation, injury reporting, and drug/alcohol screening.
