NAI FMA Realty is pleased to announce that John Sutton joined the firm as Associate Broker. In this role, he will focus in consulting and brokerage of sales and acquisition of manufactured home communities and mobile home parks.

Sutton has 13 years of real estate, sales and business experience with particular emphasis in land development and the sales of mobile home park investment properties. He joins NAI FMA from an Omaha firm, where he primarily worked on mobile home park transactions and on a variety of real estate experiences. Before that, he was a licensed insurance agent for Lutheran Brotherhood and a Thrivent District Representative. He is a licensed broker in Nebraska and Iowa and is a former Wahoo Public School Board Member.
