Hired by Icon Plumbing four years ago with no prior plumbing experience, Josh originally pursued a career in mechanics before deciding to challenge himself in a new trade. From day one, he embraced the opportunity with determination, working on various projects for Icon while wholeheartedly learning the craft.
His commitment to mastering the trade culminated in passing the journeyman’s test in February—making him the first Icon Plumbing hire to start with no prior experience and successfully obtain his license on the first try.
