After moving back to Lincoln from Kansas City, Justine Johnson joined Willet Construction as the bookkeeper. Her work ethic was evidenced from the beginning. Since then, she has taken on several duties. Now, as Office Manager, she wears several hats: Production Assistant, Shipping and Receiving, Marketing, and sometime photographer. She loves the variety and the people she works with. She keeps Willet Construction running like a well-oiled machine.
This year on March 13 marks 9 years of dedicated work. The genuine care she shows towards their customers is greatly appreciated and embodies the core values of Willet Construction. The team at Willet can always count on her to pick up any task thrown at her.
When asked what brings her joy from helping people remodel their homes, she answered: “It’s very gratifying to be part of a team that can make people love their home again. Even the little things we do to make their lives easier make a big impact. You can feel their happiness.”
