Nebraska Community Foundation (NCF; NebraskaHometown.org) is pleased to welcome Kyle Bucknell, who recently joined their team of professionals as senior accountant.
Bucknell handles general accounting for NCF investments, fees, fund statements, budget analysis, and financial reporting. Bucknell assists NCF volunteer fund advisory committees across the state by providing services related to their account balances, endowment payouts, and financial reports.
Before joining NCF, Bucknell was senior financial analyst with Bryan Health for more than 20 years. There he managed a wide range of accounting procedures, including fund management of Bryan Foundation. Bucknell’s experience with nonprofit organizations includes serving as accountant for Goodwill Industries in Lincoln.
Bucknell received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He says the best thing about working at NCF is the satisfaction he receives from helping people from across Nebraska to achieve great things for their communities.
