Lancaster Rehabilitation Center Employee Kristin Crouch Receives Champion of Care Award

On Sept. 21, Kristin Crouch, RN, Nurse Manager at Lancaster Rehabilitation Center (www.lancasterrc.com) in Lincoln, received the 2016 Champion of Care Award from the Nebraska Nursing Facility Association (NNFA). The award was presented to Crouch at the association’s Fall Convention in La Vista, Nebraska for providing outstanding resident care. Crouch was nominated by Amy Fish, Administrator at Lancaster Rehabilitation Center.

“Kristin is always seeking the next big challenge or opportunity to learn something new. She’ll help the campus succeed in whatever capacity she can lend the most support. She is a true team player,” Fish said.

“Nebraska is filled with people like Kristin who are providing quality care to nursing facility residents every day. It is our pleasure to recognize Kristin in this way,” said Heath Boddy, President and CEO of NNFA.

More than 800 nursing and assisted living facility owners, administrators, staff, and vendors participated in the four-day convention.
