Lincoln Federal Savings Bank Promotes Reinsch, Duis, and McCormick, Hires Clark

Lincoln Federal Savings Bank (lincolnfed.com) is excited to announce the promotions of three employees to new roles at their corporate office located at 8400 Maddox Dr. Melissa Reinsch to vice president, deposit services; Jon Duis to vice president, deposit services; and Carson McCormick to junior mortgage loan officer.

In addition, the bank also hired recent Midland University graduate Bailey Clark to be a part of the Fremont branch team.

Melissa has worked as a customer service supervisor at Lincoln Federal’s Superior St. location for 19 years, but has also held various other positions at the bank for the last 21 years. She has been a proven leader, trainer, and supervisor who is always willing to assist where needed. In July, Melissa moved to Lincoln Federal’s new corporate office.

Jon has worked as a customer service supervisor in Fremont since 2017. In his time with Lincoln Federal, he has served on many committees to implement changes to better serve customers and employees. His attention to detail, positive customer service attitude, and dedication to customers made him an obvious choice for the role of vice president of deposit services. In July, Jon moved alongside Melissa to Lincoln Federal’s new corporate office, where they both oversee deposit processes for branches statewide.

Carson has worked as a mortgage loan processor at Lincoln Federal’s Wilderness Hills location for four years. He has worked closely with top-producing loan officers and has a vast understanding of the loan process. Carson has been noted for communication skills and strong work ethic. In July, Carson moved to Lincoln Federal’s new corporate office, where he will work alongside Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer Mike Isaacson in preparation for a position as a mortgage loan officer in the future. Bailey comes to Lincoln Federal with degrees in business administration management and marketing, arts management, and sports marketing. She also has experience in foreign currency. Bailey’s attitude is eager and upbeat. She will serve as a positive member of marketing committees, innovating new products and providing excellent customer service.
