Lincoln Federal Savings Bank Promotes Ron Svoboda, Jennie Sovey, and Grant Carter

Lincoln Federal Savings Bank (lincolnfed.com) is excited to announce the promotion of: Ron Svoboda, assistant vice president/mortgage loan officer; Jennie Sovey, assistant vice president/mortgage loan officer; and Grant Carter, vice president/commercial real estate loan officer.

As assistant vice president/mortgage loan officer, Svoboda’s focus will be on developing relationships with customers and affiliates to grow the bank’s mortgage portfolio, overseeing the loan process from application to closing. Svoboda is committed to placing customers in the right loan product and providing a personal experience.

Similarly, Sovey will be responsible for overseeing the loan process and positioning her customers in the right mortgage loan product. Her past experience in insurance and in various lending department titles at Lincoln Federal provide her with the ability to educate her customers from application to closing.

In his new role, Carter will develop and grow the bank’s commercial real estate loan portfolio with new and existing clientele. In addition, he will help maintain and establish new lending policies that align with the bank’s mission and regulations. Carter has been with Lincoln Federal since 2018 and brings over 15 years of banking experience to the table.
