McGill Restoration Promotes Berke, Buol-Ferg, Phelps, and Lilienthal

McGill Restoration (www.mcgillrestoration.com) is excited to announce the promotions of four employees to new roles in the company: Blake Berke to integrator/CFO; Matt Buol-Ferg to vice president, estimation and project management; Stefanie Phelps to vice president, administration and human resources; and Nathan Lilienthal to estimator/project manager.

Blake has worked for McGill as a dedicated and responsible employee since 2015. Blake’s strong work ethic and efficiency with the Traction Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) made him an obvious choice for the role of integrator/CFO.

Matt was promoted to vice president, estimation and project management while readjusting the Traction EOS; his capability with the system has proven a great asset to the company. Matt will continue to oversee the estimators/project managers on a daily basis along with serving on the executive team to contribute to the traction model. Matt has been with McGill since 2016.

Stefanie has worked with McGill since 2018. She will now oversee human resources, administration, and accounting through her new role as vice president of administration and human resources. Stefanie will also sit on the executive team to better serve the needs of McGill’s workforce.

Nathan has been promoted to estimator/project manager. Nate has been with McGill since 2010. When he began, Nate worked summers in the field and warehouse where he quickly climbed the ranks to shop manager and now to estimator/project manager.
