Neemann & Sons Announces Recent Hiring of Ron Ahrens and Lynn Bornemeier

Neemann & Sons (neemannandsons.com) recently welcomed two new employees to their ranks—Ron Ahrens as project manager and Lynn Bornemeier as personal assistant/receptionist. Neemann & Sons are excited to add these two to their growing team.

Ron is working with residential sales, managing residential roofing projects and property insurance claims, and networking. Ron has been a professional in the nonprofit world for 35 years, mostly working with youth in residential settings. He is excited to be working with Neemann & Sons because of their longevity of more than 40 years, and he enjoys working with clients to utilize his natural ability to develop relationships. He and his wife, Michaela, have five children—Amanda, Candace, Trey, Teague, and Turner.

Lynn is working as the office receptionist, greeting customers and answering phones. She processes estimates, invoicing, accounts receivables, and insurance supplements. She has a background in billing and project management for an engineering firm and IT support and database management for a local bank’s credit-card division. Lynn is happy to be working for a reputable company and is motivated to use her organizational skills and background to keep office operations running smoothly. Lynn and her husband, Tim, have two children—Easton and Logan.
