Project Pink’d (projectpinkd.org) has appointed Ashley Solt to its Executive Advisory Council, recognizing her extensive expertise in real estate development and her inspiring journey as a breast cancer survivor.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Solt has played a pivotal role in a variety of projects, including affordable and market-rate housing, hospitals, hotels, mixed-use developments, senior living facilities, and acquisitions. As the Co-Owner and Vice President of Mesner Development Co., she oversees every phase of project development, from site acquisition to completion. Her leadership ensures that projects meet the highest standards while fostering effective communication between state agencies, architects, engineers, and city representatives.

Solt has also demonstrated a strong ability to secure funding through competitive applications, working closely with organizations such as the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation, Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, Nebraska Department of Economic Development, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka. Her expertise in tax credits, Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funds, Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), and other financing resources has been instrumental in the success of numerous developments.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Kearney and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Solt is a breast cancer survivor. Diagnosed in 2023 with no prior family history or high-risk factors, she completed treatment in 2024 and remains cancer-free. She embraces her survivor status with gratitude, using her experience to advocate for early detection and self-advocacy.

With her wealth of knowledge and personal resilience, Solt is a valuable addition to Project Pink’d’s Executive Advisory Council, furthering the organization’s mission to support and empower breast cancer survivors.
