The local Chicken Finger Franchise, Southern Hospitality Ventures, Inc, has hired Mike Dansky as General Manager Fry Cook & Cashier for their N. 48th & R Street location.

Mike Dansky began his restaurant management career in San Diego in the early 1990’s.    During the 90’s he worked for several different concepts including, Togo’s Eatery, Chuck E Cheese’s, Pizzeria Uno’s, LEGOLAND California, and Koo Koo Roo.  In 2000 Mike took a position with Cracker Barrel and relocated to Lincoln.  He worked for them for about 2.5 years and then joined Chili’s.  Mike was a manager with Chili’s until late in 2004.  At that time he joined Chipotle Mexican Grill and was the first General Manager of their 27th & Pine Lake location.  In 2006 Mike moved to Chipotle’s 14th & Q location, where he managed until June of this year.  Mike has been hired to run Raising Cane’s 48th & R location.

Mike takes the reins of leadership of the location officially on August 1st, 2012.

The Lincoln Franchise was opened in 2006 by Justin & Jennifer Jones, who moved to Nebraska from Baton Rouge, LA.
