Shelly Doty Joins Talent Plus® as Chief Growth Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the Talent Management space, Talent Plus anticipates a smooth transition as Doty takes on her duties as chief growth officer. Doty graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications. Having begun her career with Hilton Hotels Worldwide as a convention services manager and later a human resources manager, she is well-versed in sales and human resources management. Prior to joining Talent Plus, she served as regional vice president of business development at Right Management where she led development, growth and performance of talent management and career development solutions for her region, as well as the individual and team development of the business development and account management teams.
