Tabitha (Tabitha.org), Nebraska’s industry-leading Senior Care provider has tapped a new leader. Tabitha’s Board of Directors selected Lincoln native, Brian P. Shanks to fill the role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). For the past four years, Shanks has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of nonprofit Tabitha.
Shanks brings over 30 years of extensive experience in finance including the areas of real estate and investments. He has established strong standardized policies, procedures, data metrics and reporting. Most recently, Shanks played a major role in the construction and implementation of two major living communities, Tabitha at Prairie Commons in Grand Island and S2age InterGenerational Living in Lincoln, as well as a Hospice and Home Health Care joint venture with Immanuel in Omaha and seeing Tabitha through the challenging COVID-19 pandemic.
