The Arc of Lincoln (www.arclincoln.org) proudly announces Danielle Alferink as their new Program Coordinator. Danielle has been working in the mental health field for over seven years. She’s worked with a variety of different DD services and individuals.
In 2023, Danielle volunteered with The Arc of Lincoln for the first time and quickly became invested. She is passionate about providing top tier services to people of all walks of life. She loves to travel and get involved in community events which helps her provide resources to the people she supports. While raising a family and volunteering she’s also been committed to her career. She’s excited to take on this role and use her creative skills to come up with new and exciting events, build relationships with people and help push The Arc of Lincoln’s mission forward.
Since 1952, The Arc of Lincoln has been a resource for parents, schools, agencies and individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. The mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to promote and protect their rights and interests, while enriching the quality of their lives.
