The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel (marriott.com/lnkfs), located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, has named Brandon Bayne as its new executive chef. Chef Bayne will oversee the culinary operations of the hotel, including banquets and catering, menu creation and overall execution of the property’s comprehensive food and beverage program.

Chef Bayne brings two decades of experience in the culinary industry to The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel. He was most recently the executive chef at The Country Club of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and has led culinary operations at many other renowned restaurants, hotels and prestigious private clubs across Nebraska and South Dakota. Chef Bayne is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minneapolis and enjoys giving back to his craft by teaching the artistry of cooking to aspiring culinary professionals.
