True North Technologies Hires Nebraska Native Alex James as Creative Director
True North Technologies (go-tnt.com), a Lincoln-based business launched by Renee Sobotka, recently brought Alex James onto their team as creative director. Alex is a Nebraska native who graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 2010, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He has worked in the creative and graphic-design fields ever since. Being an entrepreneur himself makes Alex a perfect fit at True North, bringing the drive and determination it takes to get a small business off the ground and running.
As creative director, Alex is responsible for the graphics of both internal marketing projects and those for True North clientele, designing and overseeing everything from apps and websites to flyers and brochures. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and dog, and a couple of his many hobbies include photography and painting. In fact, some of his photos of the night sky can be found within the marketing used by True North Technologies.
