Jessica was promoted to Customer Service Manager. As a Customer Service Manager, Albers will manage e-mails for job quotes, answer questions and schedule jobs.
Albers previously was the Customer Service Representative at the Omaha location, where her primary job was to answer the customer calls and schedule moves.
