Angie Hoffschneider has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Since joining UNICO in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Integration, Angie has played a pivotal role in aligning teams and key initiatives to strengthen their operational foundation. Her expertise in integration and operational strategy will now help launch our client service excellence programs across the company, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to those we serve. Her leadership will further enhance UNICO’s ability to deliver exceptional service to our current clients while also positioning us to compete at the next level, fostering innovation, responsiveness, and sustainable growth.
Tracy Alexander has been promoted to Director of Commercial Operations. Tracy’s career with UNICO began in 2008. She has led operations for our telecommunications division while managing some of our most complex accounts. Tracy’s ability to build strong relationships and lead with a client-first mindset has been instrumental to our success. As Director of Commercial Operations, Tracy will oversee operations for both our Commercial and UNITEL divisions, continuing her dedication to service excellence. Tracy became a shareholder in 2021, underscoring her commitment to UNICO’s long-term vision.
