Union Bank & Trust Promotes Donna Crownover

Union Bank & Trust (www.ubt.com) recently promoted Donna Crownover to drive its new Health Benefit Solutions department.

Health Benefit Solutions provides employers with the ability to offer health-related benefits, including both deposit and mutual fund Health Savings Accounts along with compliance consulting and education services for the employer, employees, and spouses. In addition, UBT will expand its offering to include Flexible Spending Accounts and Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts. These accounts help individuals save for, and fund, current and future medical expenses with tax advantages and other benefits.

Crownover, now Assistant Vice President—Health Benefits Solutions, is primarily responsible for relationship management and business development for corporate clients and referring agents and brokers. With 17 years of financial industry experience, Crownover has held various positions in the areas of Audit, College Savings Plans and Retirement Plan Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science Business-Psychology degree from Nebraska Wesleyan and is a Certified Institute of Healthcare Consumerism Specialist.
