Union Bank & Trust recently promoted Doug Weishahn, Kevin Kelch and Kristy Leitschuck within Retirement Plan Services.

Weishahn, promoted to Vice President, joined the bank in 2001 and has over 23 years of industry experience. He provides relationship management and retirement plan administrative services for a variety of corporate and governmental plans. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Weishahn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He went on to receive the Certified Retirement Services Professional designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. He is an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, Midwest Pension Council, Nebraska Bicycling Alliance and League of American Bicyclists.

Kelch, promoted to Vice President, joined the bank in 2006 and has over 18 years of industry experience. As a relationship manager, he provides consultative and administrative services for a variety of retirement plans. Kelch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He earned the Qualified Pension Administrator and Qualified 401(k) Administrator designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and is a member of the Pension Council of the Midlands.

Leitschuck, promoted to Assistant Vice President, joined the bank in 2000 and has over 15 years of industry experience. She leads the client services recordkeeping team and manages the daily operations of the department. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bellevue University, where she was named to the National Dean’s List.
