Union Bank & Trust recently promoted Nate Wieting to Assistant Trust Officer in its Personal Trust & Wealth Management Department and Adam Fousek to Officer of Information Technology.
Wieting started with the bank in 2007 as an Accountant. He has seven years of industry experience most recently as a Tax Analyst in Trust Administration. His responsibilities include assisting clients with all aspects of trust and estate administration. Wieting graduated from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy. He serves as the President of the Family Violence Council Board, a Board Member of the Brain Injury Association of Nebraska, and as a Mentor in Lincoln Public Schools for ten years. Wieting is a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. He lives in Lincoln with his wife Maggie and son Henry.
Fousek started with the bank in 2006 and has more than 12 years of industry experience. His responsibilities include leading the System and Security Engineer teams in the design, planning, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure and core systems. Fousek graduated from Lincoln School of Commerce in 2003 with an Associate’s degree in Information Technology.
