Benton is dedicated to using proper cooking technique with the freshest ingredients to bring Venue’s guests unique, top-notch dishes. He believes in simple food cooked really well, and when creating a dish he strives to give each ingredient the respect it deserves. Benton holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University-Rhode Island. Benton’s experience and vast knowledge of food science will serve to increase the high expectations of Venue’s restaurant and catering services.
