Waterford Communities Excited to Welcome Gracia Kremer as its New Executive Director

Waterford Communities Assisted Living (www.thewaterford.net) is excited to announce the hiring of Gracia Kremer as their new executive director. Gracia comes to Waterford with 18 years of experience in the Lincoln healthcare community. Through her time spent working in the hospital systems, physical therapy, home care, and hospice, her passion for collaborative and compassionate healthcare has deepened. Having worked in many different areas of healthcare allows Gracia to see things from many different aspects and angles. She is passionate about providing the absolute highest quality of care for residents, along with the most gratifying and fulfilling work experience for every team member.

Gracia has lived in Lincoln for more than 18 years and considers it home. When she is not working, she spends her time with family and friends. Gracia and Jeremy have two kids, and attending their sporting events fills most of their evenings and weekends. She also loves hosting gatherings with friends, cooking, decorating, and tackling home-improvement projects—and she loves to travel, especially to a beach.
