The West Gate Bank® (westgate.bank) Board of Directors has elected Morgan Shandera to the title of Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager at the bank’s 27th & Cornhusker Highway location.
A University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Marketing, Shandera began her West Gate Bank career as a teller in 2017 and has been promoted several times over the years. In her new role as Branch Manager of the West Gate Bank branch at 2662 Cornhusker Highway, Shandera will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching her staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.
Shandera helps to coordinate the Bank’s annual Shred Day event and participates in bank-sponsored community activities. She recently completed the Bank’s internal Empowering Leadership Development program.
