YMCA of Lincoln Elects Board, Recognizes 2021 Award Recipients

The YMCA of Lincoln (ymcalincoln.org) held its annual meeting last month to celebrate the organization’s accomplishments, honor its volunteers and corporate partners, and ratify board members.

Joining the YMCA of Lincoln Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 term include: Kelly Brunkhorst (Nebraska Corn Board), Jennifer Wheeler (West Gate Bank), and Chuck Norris (Nelnet).

Officers for the 2022 Board of Directors include: Lori Druse, chair (Deloitte & Touche, LLP); Bryan Sullivan, first vice chair (Embassy Suites); Kelly Wieseler, second vice chair (Ameritas Life Insurance Corp.); Chris Lindner, treasurer (BKD, LLP); and Stacy Brass, secretary (Union Bank & Trust).

The Executive Committee at Large includes: Kent Endacott (Endacott, Peetz & Timmer, PC, LLO); Kaye Jesske (Bryan Health Foundation); Scott Wieskamp (Lincoln Public Schools); and Curt Hartter, ex-officio (Universal Surety Co.).

The YMCA of Lincoln recognized Hausmann Construction with the 2021 Corporate Partner Award, Mark Westphalen with the 2021 Outstanding Volunteer Award, and Pixie Devitt with the 2021 Outstanding Youth Character Award.
