Zach Brandl of Realty Works celebrates his 1st anniversary with the company as the Assistant Property Manager.
Brandl has been an immense asset to the team and works hard to manage properties efficiently and effectively. He strives to ensure that each one of their units is meticulously maintained, takes pride in keeping rentals at the highest quality condition, and is dedicated to providing a variety of clean, affordable, and high quality rental options to Lincoln residents.
Zach Brandl of Realty Works assists the team to take as much of the burden of rental property management off owners’ shoulders as possible. He is currently studying to obtain his real estate license in the upcoming months.
Realty Works is a third generation, family owned Lincoln business originally founded in 1957. The company has seen steady growth since officially changing its name to Realty Works in 2010, and the company is now operated by Jennifer Kirkland, Owner/Broker and Matt Kirkland, Vice President/ Realtor.
