Through hard work and dedication from Russwood technicians and service team members, Russwood Auto Center is now a member of the Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program and qualifies for recognition from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). ASE is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of vehicle repair and customer service. Russwood Auto Center is one of only 15 service facilities in the state of Nebraska to hold this honor.
To be eligible for this recognition, a shop must have 75% of its service professionals ASE Certified, and be committed to both continuing education and excellence in customer service. Russwood employs three ASE Master Certified Technicians, two ASE Certified Technicians and two ASE Certified Service & Parts Advisors.
