SCORE Lincoln Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Ribbon Cutting

SCORE Lincoln (Lincoln.score.org) invited members of the community to come out and celebrate over 50 years of helping small businesses in Lincoln. A ribbon cutting was held in partnership with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce on October 21. With the pandemic taking a toll on many small businesses and communities throughout the nation, SCORE Lincoln was thrilled to celebrate this milestone. They continue to have provided a number of free remote mentoring services and have started holding their signature workshop, “What’s Involved In Starting a Small Business” every other month. Like other small businesses, SCORE Lincoln was effected by the pandemic and is looking for volunteers who want to impact the life of a small business owner in our community.

SCORE Lincoln is a chapter of SCORE, a national nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth, and success of the nation’s small businesses. The Lincoln chapter provides free and confidential business advice counseling tailored to meet the needs of your small business. They also offer workshops for both start-up and in-business entrepreneurs. For more information, visit their Facebook page (@SCORELincoln) or website Lincoln.score.org.
