Beyond Vision LNK (beyondvisionlnk.com)– NeuroVision of Nebraska is a specialty optometry practice in Lincoln dedicated to helping patients whose vision problems extend beyond what a traditional eye exam often detects. While we provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, our primary focus is NeuroVision care—evaluating how the eyes and brain work together.

Many of the patients we see have struggled for years with symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, migraines, motion sickness, neck pain, anxiety in busy environments, reading difficulties, balance problems or persistent symptoms following a concussion. These individuals have often seen multiple healthcare providers without finding answers because their vision has been tested for clarity, but not for how efficiently the visual system functions.

Through comprehensive NeuroVision evaluations, Dr. Carla Ericksen identifies binocular vision dysfunction and visual processing disorders that can significantly impact everyday life. Treatment may include therapeutic microprism lenses, vision therapy or collaboration with other healthcare providers to help patients regain comfort, confidence and quality of life.

NeuroVision care is a specialized area of optometry, and Beyond Vision LNK is proud to bring this level of care to Nebraska. Patients regularly travel from across the state and neighboring states because these services are not widely available.

Our philosophy is to listen first. Every patient’s story is different, and many feel frustrated after years of being told that everything is “normal.” We believe those symptoms deserve answers.
