Kingery Construction (kccobuilders.com) company has been serving their communities for more than 100 years. They have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects for education, hospitals, churches, commercial, governmental, industrial, and private projects. They are honored to have been involved in building several iconic landmarks and have developed relationships with owners and architects, which span decades.

At Kingery Construction it is their mission to provide a superior level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty, while offering cost-effective solutions in a timely manner. With exceptional management skills and a solid work ethic, their team can ensure that the highest-quality workmanship is evident on every project. They value their relationships and vow to remain true to their employees, project owners, vendors, and partners.

Kingery Construction was contracted to build the brand new Robinson Elementary School in April 2021, with a groundbreaking event in May. On August 29, the students of Robinson Elementary opened the doors to their brand-new building for their first day of school.

“Having the opportunity to provide exceptional spaces for the students of Lincoln is an honor,” said Rod Berens, president of Kingery Construction. “We look forward to partnering with LPS to create the best environment for fostering the education of future leaders in our community.”

The school district recognizes that the ongoing pandemic-related supply chain issues and labor shortages have slowed Robinson’s total completion. However, crews worked tirelessly to complete construction on what’s known as “core” spaces in time for school to accommodate classes and curriculum. The remaining areas of the school will be completed by the end of October.

Kingery Construction is excited to have been, and continue to be, involved in projects that define local communities ranging from the State Capitol Restorations to the newer Kingery Construction additions including Northeast Community College Residence Hall and Cafeteria/Student Life Building in Norfolk, St. Patrick Catholic Church in Lincoln, Seward Middle School, and The Nebraska Department of Corrections’ Female Living Unit and Facility Expansion.

They are proud to have had the opportunity to bring these buildings to life with the same dedication to quality and exceptional service, as Everett and William Kingery did so many years ago. As they look to the future, they are excited for the prospect of the iconic buildings to come and how they can be a part of something that will stand the test of time.
