SpringPad is a coworking and warehouse space located at 1301 Garret Lane in south Lincoln. We give freelancers, remote workers, independent professionals and small companies a professional place to work, meet with clients and store what their business runs on, all at one address.

Members choose from furnished and unfurnished private offices, Team Rooms, dedicated desks and Hot Desks. Four bookable meeting rooms are available for client meetings, team sessions and presentations. For businesses that carry inventory, equipment or records, we offer private, secured warehouse bays in three sizes. Virtual office and business address plans serve companies that need a professional presence without dedicated space.

The building includes a front desk staffed on weekdays, a full kitchen and an outdoor patio. We opened this fall and welcomed the Lincoln business community at our open house on September 23.

A space and setup built for real work. We made quality a priority when we furnished SpringPad. The desks, chairs and meeting room technology were chosen to feel like a well-run professional office from the first day, so members spend their time working instead of working around their setup. The space is also loaded with natural light, which makes a long workday feel a lot less like one. Desks are large and solidly built, and they lock, so members can leave their work and equipment in place at the end of the day. Every conference room has a large wall-mounted TV and cord-free video conferencing, so presenting or joining a call takes seconds instead of a search for the right cable. Offices come ready with monitor arms installed, and members can add a single or dual monitors for a small fee. Meeting rooms are bookable by the hour, so a solo professional can host a client in a polished room without paying for one full time.

For SpringPad, all of this means that means giving Lincoln’s small businesses the space to grow. The jump from a home office to a commercial lease is too big for most growing companies.
