The Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NEChamber.com) has partnered with CareerPathway.com (CareerPathway.com), a rapidly expanding Nebraska-based platform now active in 48 states, to strengthen one of Nebraska’s most important priorities: connecting today’s learners with tomorrow’s career and education opportunities. With nearly 400 Nebraska businesses already participating—and more than 700 Nebraska student applications submitted since the start of 2025—CareerPathway.com has quickly become a central resource for career pathway exploration, employer visibility, and real-time talent engagement. The platform helps students discover meaningful pathways while giving employers and colleges direct access to emerging talent interested in Nebraska opportunities.

Through this new partnership, CareerPathway.com will offer enhanced services to NE Chamber members, including premium onboarding at a 50% reduced rate, a biannual statewide workforce data package, and integrated access within key Chamber workforce initiatives. These tools expand employer reach, provide actionable labor-market insights, and support a more connected and resilient workforce pipeline. The NE Chamber will further support member adoption and engagement and will recognize CareerPathway.com as the Official Digital Career Pathways Partner of the NE Chamber.

“Nebraska’s economic future depends on our ability to connect talent to opportunity,” said Todd Bingham, President and CEO of the NE Chamber. “By partnering with CareerPathway.com, we are supporting an innovative Nebraska-grown solution that helps students discover meaningful careers while giving employers direct access to the workforce they need to grow. This is the type of collaboration that ensures Nebraska leads the nation in workforce development.”

CareerPathway.com’s cohesive platform connects students, educators, and employers through interactive tools, real-time talent alignment, and automated workforce analytics. Through school activations, in-person career events, and statewide initiatives such as the Governor’s Youth Summit, companies will have the opportunity to reach over 20,000 students per year. Survey data shows that students are significantly more likely to plan their future in Nebraska when they are aware of the opportunities available to them.
