The company was founded in 1992 in Omaha, the nation’s telemarketing capital. Originally, HEADSETTERS™ focus was on blank audiocassette tape sales to the call center industry. The need for audio recording tapes and equipment to record telephone calls was in high demand and the need to furnish and repair headsets followed. Eventually the recordings turned digital, but the need for headset services continues to prevail.
Today, the company’s product lines range from telephone/USB headsets for home and office to Bluetooth headsets for cell phones and office applications and audio conferencing equipment. Sales of wireless headsets now make up 50 percent of the business. Plantronics, GN-Jabra, VXI, Starkey, Polycom and RevoLabs are just some of the manufacturers HEADSETTERS™ represents. We are proud to assist clients in both Lincoln and Omaha, including the surrounding areas.
