THE ARISTOS APARTMENTS
Early in the design process of the Aristos Apartments, the owner group established one simple question that helped to guide the architects and engineers through the process. That question was, “Is that what you would want if you lived here?” Now, thanks to Tru-Built Construction, Aristos Apartments is a community where residents love where they live and they are excited to invite their friends and family over to visit.
The Location — Aristos Apartments are located at 4101 Hohensee Dr. As Lincoln continues to expand to the South, the 40th and Yankee Hill intersection will become a hotspot for businesses, restaurants, and other services. The surrounding area has plans for a new LPS elementary school, LPS middle school, St. Elizabeth medical facility, Bryan medical facility, and large office and retail opportunities.
The Site — The layout of the 21-acre site has 400 living units with a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The has two large courtyards that, combined with other green spaces, will total over 20% of the overall site.
