This year marks 30 years of satisfied customers.
Willet Construction was founded in 1995 by Rick and Marcia Willet with a clear vision of offering a top-quality product and delivering it on schedule. The foundational competitive advantage was providing hand-written calendars and sticking to them. This is something rarely heard of in the remodeling industry. Thanks to the trust of satisfied customers, word spread, and the business has grown steadily through referrals and repeat customers.

As demand grew, so did the team. We’ve added a production team, in-house designers, and a sales team to streamline the remodeling process and raise the bar on quality and service. Opening the Willet Home Design Studio in August marked a major turning point. We became a full-service design-build firm capable of guiding clients through every stage of their remodeling journey, from the first sketches to the final walk-through.

This year the company completes a 7-year leadership transition. Jason Willet, who joined the company in 2015, now takes the helm as President of Willet Construction, with Rick jokingly promoting himself to Vice President. Rick remains an important part of the team, ensuring the values he and Marcia instilled remain strong. The focus remains the same: top-quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and an enjoyable remodeling experience.
