The ‘dog days’ of summer are here and with it come a number of different events. It may seem crazy, but many of us are already looking at Fall and planning for back to school! If you’re a parent of school-age children, now is the time to start planning everything from back to school clothes to school supplies to after-school activities. Of course, we parents have to look fabulous, too, for PTA meetings, sporting events and everything else that comes along with the school year! Make sure you take a look at our Back to School feature for great fashion trend advice for the fall and other helpful tidbits!
As summer winds down, we all have some great memories of events, parties and get togethers with friends. Some of us have the extra special memory of a proposal that happened this summer! If you’re in this category or you’re the family member of someone in this category who will be turning to you to help them plan their big day, you should definitely check out our Planning Your Wedding feature. From the venue to the formalwear to the transportation, we’ve got it all covered.
Perhaps having all of the guests over at your home this summer got you thinking…wow, I need a bigger place! If buying a new home is in your future be sure to check out the Buying a Home feature for you on working with realtors, qualifying for mortgages and other invaluable information. Whether it’s your first or fifth home, give his story a read!
Also don’t miss the opportunity to vote for your favorite Lincolnite in the 2011 Lincoln’s Best Dressed Contest.
On a final note, we encourage all of our readers to become a fan of us on Facebook for some great updates and also continue giving us feedback on what you like, what can be improved and ideas on businesses we should feature in the magazine! We love hearing from all of you!
