Jeff White started working at Colby Ridge when he was 15 years old. His aunt was the corporate office manager at the time and his brother worked at the production facility and they got him a position at the company. Through the years, his role with the company has evolved as the business has grown and he is now the Operations Manager. Colby Ridge is locally owned and operated and they have been in business for 28 years. They have three (soon to be four) retail locations in the Lincoln area and they also service the Lincoln, Omaha and Council Bluffs Hy-Vee stores. Colby Ridge offers a wide variety of popcorn, chocolates and gift items and they can customize any gift to fit any price range.
