How did you get started in the business?
I started working in concrete while I was in college, as a Project Manager Trainee, and I haven’t quit since!

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally?
To find work in today’s market with the absence of Yellow Pages, which used to be the one place people would go to find contact information for businesses.  However, we are proud to say most of our jobs are referral business from satisfied customers.

What has been your most important achievement professionally?
I designed the first black light epoxy bowling floor in the world!

What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life?
Having my kids.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?
Definitely going fishing with my family.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know?
I love Las Vegas, Frank Sinatra, and the blues.

What are you the most proud of?
My wife is the best, and I am always proud of her!

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
KISS.  It’s an old Navy acronym for “Keep it Simple, Stupid.”  It means that most systems work best if they are kept simple, rather than made complex.

If you could choose only one descriptive word to be remembered as, what would it be?
Relentless

If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Inter-dimensional travel.

To sing and perform on stage!
